Sri Lanka Police have called on the public to report any criminal wrongdoing by their intimate partners. In a message posted on their official Facebook page, authorities encouraged citizens to provide information to help maintain law and order.
“If you are aware of any criminal wrongdoing by your lover, please report that information to the police as soon as possible,” the statement read. Police also urged the public to support law enforcement efforts for the benefit of the country and society.
The post comes amid ongoing investigations into recent criminal cases, including the arrest of the lover of the gunman involved in the killing of Ganemulla Sanjeewa. (NewsWire)
