The Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna (SLPP) will take the right decision at the right time regarding its presidential candidate, party member and Chief Government Whip, Minister Prasanna Ranatunga said.
Minister Ranatunga further assured that the SLPP always makes the right decision.
He made the remarks after participating in the SLPP party members meeting held at the SLPP Office in Battaramulla today. (Mar 20).
When inquired by reporters on whether he was on the side of the SLPP or President Ranil Wickremesinghe, Minister Ranatunga said the President was with the SLPP, which does not take sides, and that everyone was on one side.
On questions related to the Presidential Candidate of the SLPP, Minister Ranatunga said that the SLPP will decide in this regard and the decision will be made going forward. (NewsWire)
