The Sri Lanka Bureau of Foreign Employment (SLBFE) has held an outdoor training program to develop leadership and various skills of its officers.
According to the SLBFE, the training program was organized by the Administration and Human Resource Department of the institution at the Kukuleganga Laya Leisure Hotel.
The program was based on practical activities to provide a unique experience for SLBFE officials, which would be beneficial for the development of their leadership skills.
The main expectation of the training was to improve the quality of SLBFE service and make the organization more friendly to the public.
The program was a part of the annual training program for SLBFE officials, and 80 officials participated in the program.
The SLBFE said the remaining staff will undergo training in the coming week, and all of them will be able to improve their skills for better service to the public. (NewsWire)
