The preferential votes for the Jaffna District are as follows;

Rajeewan Jayachandramurthy – 17,579 votes
ITAK – 01 seat
S. Sridharan – 32,833 votes
ACTC – 01 seat
Gajendrakumar Ponnambalam – 15,135 votes
IG 17 – 01 seat
