The National Election Commission has held separate discussions with all candidates contesting the 2024 Presidential Election and their representatives, and election observers today.
All Presidential Candidates and their representatives were summoned before the National Election Commission today to be briefed on the activities related to the upcoming presidential polls.
It is reported that election finance regulations and other guidelines were discussed with the candidates.
At the meeting, some candidates had also taken the opportunity to share their concerns with the Election Commission on the use of state resources and the conduct of certain media institutions.
Meanwhile, a separate discussion was also held with election observers at the National Election Commission this afternoon.
The 2024 Presidential Election is scheduled for September 21 with 38 candidates contesting. (Newswire)
