The Rupee has slightly appreciated against the US Dollar at commercial banks in Sri Lanka today in comparison to last Wednesday (May 03).
According to the People’s Bank, the buying rate and selling rates of the US Dollar have reduced from Rs. 310.05 to Rs. 309.56 and from Rs. 328.65 to Rs.328.14, respectively.
At Commercial Bank, the buying and selling rates of the US Dollar remain unchanged at Rs. 311.54 and Rs. 326, respectively.
As per Sampath Bank’s daily exchange rates, the buying rate of the US Dollar has reduced from Rs. 312 to Rs. 311, while the selling rate has reduced from Rs. 326 to Rs. 325. (NewsWire)
