The Sri Lankan Rupee, which dipped last week, has slightly appreciated against the US Dollar at commercial banks in Sri Lanka today (June 05).
Accordingly, at Peoples Bank, the buying rate of the US Dollar has dropped from Rs. 285.14 to Rs. 284.17, while the selling rate has reduced from Rs. 300.48 to Rs. 299.45.
At Commercial Bank, the buying and selling rates of the US Dollar have reduced from Rs. 285.81 to Rs. 283.83 and from Rs. 300 to Rs. 298, respectively.
As per Sampath Bank, the buying rate of the US Dollar has also dropped from Rs. 286 to Rs. 285, while the selling rate has reduced from Rs. 298 to Rs. 297. (NewsWire)
