The bodies of a young woman and her infant who were reported missing from Anguruwathota have been found in the Rathmalgoda forest area.
The Police stated that the woman was 24 years old and the child was an 11-month-old infant.
The woman and her infant had been reported missing two days ago from the Urukudawa area in Anguruwathota located in the Western Province of Sri Lanka.
The Police stated that the husband of the woman who had returned home from work had noted their disappearance and informed the Police. (NewsWire)
