President Anura Kumara Dissanayake has revealed that the government has reopened 400 corruption files that had been nearly closed due to various complications.
Speaking on the matter, he emphasized that decisive action will be taken against all those involved in corruption. Addressing critics who question the NPP’s commitment to holding wrongdoers accountable, he remarked, “Those who question what NPP has done to punish wrongdoers, don’t mourn when we start catching thieves.”
