The Sri Lankan Rupee has slightly depreciated against the US Dollar at commercial banks in Sri Lanka today (Sep. 04) compared to last Friday.
At Peoples Bank, the buying and selling rates of the US Dollar have increased from Rs. 311. 42 to Rs. 312.39 and from Rs. 326.05 to Rs. 327.07, respectively.
According to Commercial Bank, the buying rate of the US Dollar has dropped from Rs. 313.72 to Rs. 312.26, while the selling rate has also dropped from Rs. 326 to Rs. 324.50.
However, at Sampath Bank, the buying and selling rates of the US Dollar have increased from Rs. 312 to Rs. 314 and from Rs. 323 to Rs. 325, respectively. (NewsWire)
