The Sri Lankan Rupee has reached the Rs. 300 mark against the US Dollar at some commercial banks in Sri Lanka today (June 20) compared to Wednesday.
According to Seylan Bank, the buying and selling rates of the US Dollar are unchanged at Rs. 298.75 and Rs. 308.25, respectively.
At NDB Bank, the buying rate of the US Dollar has increased from Rs. 298.25 to Rs. 298.50 and the selling rate has increased from Rs. 309.25 to Rs. 309.50.
According to Peoples Bank, the buying and selling rates of the US Dollar have increased from Rs. 299.35 to Rs. 300.03 and from Rs. 309.48 to Rs. 310.19, respectively.
At Commercial Bank, the buying rate of the US Dollar has increased from Rs. 299.06 to Rs. 299.31, while the selling rate has increased from Rs. 309.25 to Rs. 309.50.
Meanwhile, at Sampath Bank, the buying and selling rates of the US Dollar are unchanged at Rs. 300.50 and Rs. 309.50, respectively. (Newswire)
