Postal voting for Sri Lanka’s 2024 Presidential Election begins today, with over 700,000 state sector employees eligible to cast their ballots.
The Election Commission has allocated September 4 to 6 for government and military personnel to vote.
Today, postal voting will take place at district secretariats, election offices, and police stations across the country. Additional days, September 11 and 12, have been set aside for those unable to vote during the main period. (Newswire)
