Police have arrested a street food vendor in Colombo after he tried to charge a foreigner Rs. 1,900 for a Kottu Roti and then harassed him when he questioned about it.
The incident, which was captured on video and went viral on social media, prompted an investigation by the Tourism Ministry, according to the Police Media Spokesman.
