The management of KFC Sri Lanka has expressed regret over the recent incident related to one of its outlets, assuring that a thorough investigation was underway.
KFC’s Rajagiriya outlet came under fire after a customer had filed a complaint over rotten chicken being sold under a ‘buy one, get one free’ offer.
The outlet was inspected by Public Health Inspectors who had confirmed the sale of spoilt food, while they also took measures to destroy the stock.
Responding to the incident, the management of KFC Sri Lanka expressed regret over any inconvenience caused due to the incident.
Expressing its commitment to uphold the highest standards in product and service quality, the company assured it has stringent measures to ensure the utmost food quality.
