The Sri Lankan Rupee has depreciated against the US Dollar today (Jan 28), compared to Monday.
According to the Central Bank of Sri Lanka, the buying rate of the US Dollar has increased from Rs. 294.01 to Rs. 294.18, while the selling rate has also increased from Rs. 302.77 to Rs. 302.89.
However, the Sri Lankan Rupee has largely appreciated against a basket of foreign currencies, while it has depreciated against Gulf currencies. (Newswire)
