The Police have sought public assistance to find a suspect wanted for fraudulent activities, including vehicle and financial fraud, reported in several areas.
According to the Police, the suspect had stolen an SUV worth Rs. 16.5 million from the Colombo National Hospital car park in August 2020.
He had also defrauded Rs. 12.5 million by promising a vehicle in December 2023.
The Police said the suspect, who can converse in multiple languages, has been found to be travelling in vehicles using the official Government Logo.
