The Inter-University Students Federation (IUSF) is set to hold a protest in Colombo tomorrow (Aug. 10) over several key demands.
According to the IUSF, the protest will be held to object to the granting of degree-awarding status to three private universities in Sri Lanka and raise objections to matters related to the proposed Labour Law, Employees’ Provident Fund (EPF), and International Monetary Fund (IMF) proposals.
The IUSF is set to hold the protest in Colombo, with several other state university student associations also having extended their support for the protest. (NewsWire)
