The newly constructed luxury hotel, Hilton Yala Resort at the Yala Wildlife Tourism Zone at Palatupana will be declared open by President Ranil Wickremesinghe on Saturday, August 19.
According to Daily News, the hotel is built by Melwa Hotels, with the owner Muruganathan Pillai revealing that it has been constructed with an investment of over US$ 16 million.
The Hilton Yala Resort consists of 42 family-friendly villas, rooms and suites all with their own pools, spa and unique dining experiences.
Apart from the Hilton Yala Resort, the Melwa Group has built the Hilton Negombo consisting of 141 rooms, and has also signed agreements for the construction of the Hilton Hotels in Kandy, Kosgoda, Nuwara-Eliya and Colombo International Airport. (NewsWire)
