Key debt restructuring agreements between Sri Lanka, the Government of Japan and the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) were signed today.
The agreement was signed in the presence of Japanese Ambassador Akio Isomata and Secretary to the Ministry of Finance Mahinda Siriwardena.
