The Sri Lankan Rupee has largely appreciated against the US Dollar at commercial banks in Sri Lanka today (28 Apr), compared to last Friday.
At Seylan Bank, the buying and selling rates of the US Dollar have reduced from Rs. 295.90 to Rs. 295.40 and from Rs. 302.90 to Rs. 302.40, respectively.
According to NDB Bank, the buying rate of the US Dollar has reduced from Rs. 296 to Rs. 295.85 and the selling rate from Rs. 304 to Rs. 303.85.
People’s Bank reports the buying rate of the US Dollar has increased from Rs. 293.85 to Rs. 294.05, while the selling rate has also increased from Rs. 304.39 to Rs. 304.60.
At Commercial Bank, the buying rate of the US Dollar remains unchanged at Rs. 293.73 and the selling rate at Rs. 303.25.
According to Sampath Bank, the buying and selling rates of the US Dollar have reduced from Rs. 295.75 to Rs. 295.50 and from Rs. 303.75 to Rs. 303.50, respectively. (Newswire)
