President Anura Kumara Dissanayake arrived in Parliament a short while ago to take part in the final day of the Third Reading debate on the 2025 Budget.
“Over the past four months, we have built confidence in our path toward stability. We officially exited sovereign debt default status in December 2024,” the President said during his address.
The vote on the Third Reading of the 2025 Budget is scheduled for this evening (Newswire).
